At LAB Art, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted for items purchased on our LAB ART BOOK page.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Return Period:
Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. - Condition for Returns:
Returns will only be accepted if the book has been received with clear physical damage, such as torn pages, significant creases, or other defects that compromise the book's usability or aesthetic value, and only if reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. - Exclusions:
- Damages caused by mishandling, improper care, or use by the buyer will not be eligible for a refund or return.
- Items returned that show signs of intentional damage or wear caused by the buyer will not qualify for refunds.
Procedure for Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our team at sharon@modernartisrael.com or via our contact form and provide the following details:- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Clear photographs of the damage to the book (if applicable).
- A brief description of the issue.
- Case-by-Case Evaluation:
Our team will evaluate each case individually to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement. Decisions are made in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law and our internal policies. - Resolution:
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- If a replacement is deemed necessary and feasible, we will ship the new item at no additional cost.
Important Notes
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon during the evaluation process.
- Packaging Requirements: Returned books must be securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
Israeli Consumer Rights Compliance

International Shipping
Currently, the Lab Art Book is not shipped outside of Israel. However, exceptions may be made for international orders with prior arrangements. If you wish to ship the book abroad, please contact The Lab team in advance to discuss the details and feasibility.
Domestic Shipping (Within Israel)
The book is available for collection at The Lab, located at 119 Herzl Street, Tel Aviv, from Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If alternative arrangements are required, they must be explicitly coordinated and confirmed with The Lab team before collection.
